About the role
- Independent and autonomous management and leadership of building projects with a focus on technical building services (TBS) at the University of Vienna.
- Coordinating and supervising project stakeholders.
- Ensuring information flow among all project stakeholders and driving decision-making.
- Ensuring adherence to project objectives regarding schedule, cost, and quality.
- Participating in the preparation of specifications and tender documents.
- Organizing and coordinating commissioning and the handover of the project to building operations and users.
- Reporting and documentation.
- Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Completion of a subject-specific vocational qualification (e.g., HTL) with at least 3 years of professional experience in project management of technical building services (TBS) projects, or a university/college degree in Technical Building Services, Building Services Engineering, HVAC/measurement, control and regulation (HKLS/MSR) or a related field.
- Knowledge in building services, occupational health and safety, fire protection, etc.
- Experience in dealing with authorities and municipal offices is desirable.
