About the role
- Planning and management of IT projects
- Facilitation of workshops
- Creation of concepts, user stories and use cases
- Communication of project progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Development and implementation of training and communication measures
- Support in the management of IT licenses
- Coordination with vendors and external partners in the context of IT contracts
- Participation in contract drafting, tracking and enforcement of SLAs
- Use of tools employed by the staff unit
- Maintenance of knowledge databases and project documentation
- Participation in strategic initiatives to further develop the IT landscape
- Reporting to the head of the staff unit and preparation of materials for decision-making
Requirements
