About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain meaningful professional relationships with coworkers, partners, and manufacturing clients.
- Identify and assess client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Expand the Center's client base by identifying new leads and pursuing opportunities.
- Represent the Center at industry events and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Achieve defined territory goals and center metrics.
- Manage project impact survey process.
- Utilize a CRM for documentation of client and project activity.
- Report on special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably related to private sector industry.
- Minimum two years of leadership and program management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business development gained from direct experience and/or formal training.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Other: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
