About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide critical support to the Center for Inclusive Transition, Education, and Employment’s (CITEE) research and grant initiatives through comprehensive data management, project coordination, and cross-project operational support.
  • Assist in design, development, testing, debugging, operating, and troubleshooting of software and applications to support information technology business operations.
  • Foster effective data collection, streamline data processes, and ensure ongoing digital access to CITEE reports, programs, and services for a variety of audiences.
  • Reviews application design specifications, codes new applications, and makes enhancements to existing applications.
  • Tests and debugs programs, and prepares systems test data.
  • Prepares program documentation and training requirements.
  • Implements data structure and systems performance strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the duties of the position.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a full-stack engineer or similar position.
  • A valid driver’s license and/or ability to travel and meet driver authorization for the State of Wisconsin and /or travel independently is preferred.
  • Experience across common platforms, including those utilized to perform position tasks successfully.
  • Experience in examining and adapting to legacy platforms used by internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals and groups from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
