About the role
- Coordinate, implement, and deliver pre-college programming for middle and high school students
- Oversee after-school and summer collaborations with partners
- Organize program events, workshops, and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student participation and program activities
- Counsel and advise program participants to support positive experiences
- Assist with training and supervision of student employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling, higher education administration, or a related field
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students in an educational, youth development, or pre-college program setting
- Experience coordinating and facilitating academic enrichment, college readiness, and/or youth programming
- Experience with recruitment, outreach, and relationship-building with schools, families, and community organizations (preferred)
- Experience with data collection, database management, and program reporting (preferred)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) (preferred)
