About the role

  • Coordinate, implement, and deliver pre-college programming for middle and high school students
  • Oversee after-school and summer collaborations with partners
  • Organize program events, workshops, and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of student participation and program activities
  • Counsel and advise program participants to support positive experiences
  • Assist with training and supervision of student employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling, higher education administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with middle and/or high school students in an educational, youth development, or pre-college program setting
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating academic enrichment, college readiness, and/or youth programming
  • Experience with recruitment, outreach, and relationship-building with schools, families, and community organizations (preferred)
  • Experience with data collection, database management, and program reporting (preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) (preferred)
