About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule logistics and secure or distribute resources for program meetings, department events, conferences, and travel
  • Identify opportunities for program improvements and make recommendations
  • Coordinate with senior management to define program goals and fiscal objectives
  • Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for specified program policies and procedures
  • Assist in coordinating divisional CME conference activities
  • Coordinate complex daily activities of providers or programs by entering database information, maintaining files and materials, and preparing reports
  • Act as the primary liaison for providers or programs and refer stakeholders to providers, agencies, patients, and staff
  • Perform administrative tasks including telephone customer service, word processing, transcribing, filing, and calendaring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of prior experience in an administrative position or business office environment
  • Experience managing calendars
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to identify, describe, and synthesize information and develop processes to implement solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and demonstrate independent decision-making
  • High school diploma
  • Must maintain continuous eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Must provide proof of work authorization and eligibility to work
  • Employment may require a criminal background check
  • References may be requested from final candidates
