About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing the ADRC Resource Request Process, including triaging new requests, gathering feasibility information, preparing presentations, and ushering requests through the approval and fulfillment process.
  • Managing logistics for key ADRC activities, including facilitating the development of high-quality reports and presentations for leadership and coordinating meeting logistics including travel arrangements for leadership.
  • Contributing project support to the ADRC Quality Improvement and Compliance Managers
  • Providing scheduling and office management support
  • Establishes, monitors, coordinates, and controls project budgets versus actual expenditures and budget reporting
  • Manages ADRC calendar (including leadership and project meetings)
  • Provides office management support (including ordering office supplies, coordinating with Campus Facilities teams, distributing mail, etc.)
  • Develops, enhances, and maintains operational standards and systems to support project teams
  • Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans in accordance with specifications and resource limitations
  • Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides appropriate recommendations or conclusions
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for the project(s), serves on committees, and attends meetings representing the interests of the project(s)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of cumulative working experience (including internships, student positions, professional positions)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in research environments
  • Experience working with physicians, faculty, or other leadership positions
  • Experience coordinating, leading, or participating in formal projects
  • Experience creating professional deliverables including high-quality presentations, SOPs, process maps, proposals
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
