Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversees and manages the operations of the confectionery science outreach program
  • Leads the implementation of outreach focused strategic initiatives
  • Supports confectionery research and educational activities

  • Develops and implements operating policies and procedures to promote the outreach program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coordinating or managing outreach, educational, or training programs, including contributing to strategic planning, program development, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience supervising staff, student employees, or project teams, including assigning work, providing guidance or training, and monitoring task completion or performance
  • Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining operating procedures, policies, or program workflows
  • Experience with purchasing and/or approving and tracking program expenditures
  • Master’s degree required in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or closely related discipline; PhD preferred
