About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contributes to the development and implementation of the administrative activities of the residency program to meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage workflow components of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program's residents while serving as a liaison between the Program Director, residents, program faculty, institutional GME office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning program matters.
- Advises residents/fellows, program staff/faculty of program and institutional policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with the Program Director to assess curriculum and evaluations, developing the structure and delivery mechanism, and maintaining accurate records of curriculum, evaluations, and participation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time, professional work experience in an administrative or academic setting.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in graduate medical education or other relevant professional setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
