Key responsibilities & impact

Provides advanced technical, analytical, and strategic guidance for information technology (IT) projects.
Manages vendor workflow and deliverables for complex initiatives.
Facilitates project status communication to stakeholders.
Provides project management, coordination, governance, and oversight in support of the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) project and the EAP Acceleration Program.
Collaborates with IT, EAP, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of leading successful multi-unit, complex projects, preferably in a higher education or public sector environment.
Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
Ability to translate technical and operational details into clear, actionable updates and visualization aids for non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to balance strategic objectives with detailed project execution, translating complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
