About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help manage faculty administration
  • Work with the Chief of Rheumatology for calendaring
  • Make agendas and meeting minutes for division meetings
  • Manage reimbursements for faculty
  • Plan division gatherings annually
  • Establish recruiting itineraries and assist in the onboarding/offboard process for faculty and staff
  • Maintain established methods and organizational systems for electronic/physical records
  • Track compliance and secure resources for meetings, conferences, travel
  • Serve as a first point of contact for individuals and groups
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare communication materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional use of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • 1 year of providing administrative support
  • Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Experience in administrative services (preferred)
  • Experience with travel arrangements and travel reimbursements (preferred)
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling complex meetings (preferred)
  • Experience using virtual conference tools (WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc) (preferred)
