💰 $56,112 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the unit or program budget and approve unit expenditures
  • Schedule logistics and secure resources for program activities across multiple work units to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and specifications
  • Lead the development and preparation of periodic reports and financial statements
  • Plan, implement, execute, and evaluate existing strategies and objectives for a program
  • Identify workflow needs, contribute to the development of strategic and operational solutions, allocate resources, and implement new or revised unit operational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors
  • May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees

  • Proficiency with office software, including spreadsheets, project management platforms, and databases.
  • Responsive, solutions-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
  • Commitment to CORE's mission to advance reproductive equity, particularly improving access to abortion and contraception.
  • Lived or professional experience working with communities that experience health inequities
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role
  • Familiarity with policies and practices affecting reproductive health, rights, and justice, in Wisconsin and/or other US states
