About the role

Impinj is seeking a strategic, technically strong Product Management leader to grow RAIN RFID solutions and services.
Own roadmap and execution for embedded firmware, cloud services, and AI/ML-powered data analytics that transform RFID signal data into business intelligence.
Define and manage roadmap for embedded software, RFID services, cloud APIs, and intelligent data models.
Lead delivery of embedded firmware and edge intelligence on readers, reader ICs, gateways, and mobile devices.
Design cloud-native and hybrid-cloud services for tag resolution, analytics, and device management.
Partner with engineering and data science to productize models turning raw RFID signals into real-time insights for inventory, movement, location intelligence and fraud detection.
Engage with Fortune-500 enterprise customers and partners to define requirements and validate product-market fit.
Work cross-functionally to launch services, drive adoption, and communicate value to customers, developers, and system integrators.

12+ years in product management, preferably in embedded systems, cloud platforms, SaaS or IoT services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Excellent communicator with experience aligning engineering and business teams.
Experience building and scaling software offerings—from firmware to cloud APIs to data pipelines.
Strong technical foundation in wireless, edge computing, or sensing technologies.
Familiarity with RAIN RFID, real-time event processing, or sensor data platforms.
Experience with AI/ML-driven features, cloud deployment, and enterprise integrations.
Deep experience in embedded software, cloud APIs, and data-driven services.
