About the role

  • Impinj is a leading RAIN RFID provider and Internet of Things company connecting everyday items
  • Lead growth in the mobile ecosystem by driving adoption of Impinj’s RAIN RFID platform
  • Integrate RFID into smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other connected devices
  • Define product and market strategy and identify whitespace and go-to-market approaches
  • Build and grow partnerships with OEMs, ODMs, chipset vendors, and platform providers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create segment-specific offerings and define KPIs
  • Source, negotiate, and close complex commercial and technical partnerships
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to align internal plans with partner objectives

Requirements

  • 12+ years in product management, business development, strategic partnerships, or product leadership in wireless, mobile, RF, or edge technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated success building product strategies and executing strategic partnerships within the mobile ecosystem
  • Proven experience driving initiatives from concept to execution in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Understanding of UHF RFID, mobile SoCs, modems, antennas, and wireless chipsets (e.g., Bluetooth, UWB)
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms and their technology stacks
  • Experience working with mobile ecosystem players globally (Apple, Samsung, Google, MediaTek, Qualcomm)
