Application Engineer

• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to secure design wins and drive adoption with customers and partners
• Support and enable our customers and partners in prototyping and productizing embedded and system-level applications, including performance optimization, calibration, functional test, and regional certification
• Analyze, debug, and optimize Reader IC applications in lab and prototype environments by applying core electrical and RF engineering principles, including antenna behavior, link budgets, impedance matching, power management, and timing analysis
• Conduct hands-on lab work, including hardware/software bring-up, debugging, performance measurements, data analysis, and validation of new features and fixes
• Create software, scripts, and prototypes to demonstrate product capabilities, and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation for internal and external audiences
• Act as a technical expert on embedded firmware/software, Reader ICs, and system-level applications, providing design guidance and implementation support
• Deliver training and enablement for customers, partners, and internal technical staff on product features, capabilities, and best practices
• Represent the voice of customer (VoC) to Product Management and Engineering, sharing field insights to influence product features, tools, and collateral
• Champion our technology at industry events and partner engagements through demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations
