About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects and programming
- Collaborate with stakeholders across colleges and academic units
- Guide implementation across a decentralized environment
- Lead Faculty-wide professional development initiatives
- Deliver presentations to promote programs and initiatives
- Develop program and service materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Six to seven years of recent and related experience in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and business practices in higher education
- Experience in academic advising
- Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience working with diverse student communities
- Experience advising senior leadership and driving change
- Ability to develop and deliver effective learning sessions
