About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a highly versatile utility resource within the Department of Finance
- Provide broad-based, cross-functional support across all University funding sources
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of operating, restricted, gift and endowment funds
- Troubleshoot and support special initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Track progress on multiple concurrent projects spanning financial and operational topics
- Analyze fund groups requiring specialized reporting and tracking
- Participate in annual budget processes and ongoing financial monitoring
- Produce regular and ad hoc financial reports
- Develop and maintain PSOM metrics related to procurement and WorkDay
- Partner with colleagues to improve transparency and identify trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree
- 7 to 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
