About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for the operational support of value-added Epic patient access suite of products
- Manage communication and coordination with patient access business owners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with UMMS IS&T application build teams for systems design and maintenance

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5 years of patient access end user experience required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Working knowledge of software packages (e.g., MS Office Suite) used by department.
