About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responds to high volume of appointment requests
- Answers and triages incoming calls and requests in a prompt, professional manner
- Completes scheduling from work queues
- Schedules patient appointments and reminds patients of necessary items to bring
- Documents complete and clear messages and distributes clinical questions and escalation messages promptly

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED preferred
