About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and execute all aspects of payroll operations, including accurate and timely payroll processing
Maintenance of payroll records in compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations
Administration of faculty compensation such as PRN pay, supplemental pay, incentives, and shift differentials
Supervises labor distribution and faculty time and leave reporting (including FMLA and leave payouts)
Manage payroll exceptions and deductions and ensure compliance with evolving legislation
Support audits and implement process improvements while serving as a key resource to faculty and staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
Three to five years related payroll experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High level of initiative and ability to work independently
