About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the research team in translating and disseminating study products
  • Conduct literature searches, data collection, data synthesis, and information compilation
  • Contribute to manuscripts, trainings, website content, videos, reports, briefs, infographics, and newsletters
  • Help write papers and develop conference presentations
  • Collect evaluation data and assist with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
  • Follow and implement the translation and dissemination strategic plan
  • Identify project barriers and communicate challenges to supervisors and partners
  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings
  • Set up team meetings, compile meeting notes, assign and follow up on tasks, and provide project updates
  • Gather product-needs information from advisory boards and steering committees
  • Analyze data and compile reports, presentations, and manuscripts
  • Ensure research activities follow rigorous protocols
  • Assist with developing a rigor protocol for community-engaged research
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, psychology, sociology, public health, or related health field
  • MUST be enrolled in a graduate degree program
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
