Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role OR At least three years of relevant experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting mixed environments, with emphasis on Windows systems, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS devices
  • Experience with configuration management and software deployment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
  • Asset management experience (hardware lifecycle, inventory audits, decommissioning)
  • Experience supporting conference room setups
  • Experience with ITIL service management and enterprise ticketing systems (TeamDynamix, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification
  • Valid driver’s license
