About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for receiving Immunohistochemistry orders and pulling corresponding material
- Responsible for delivery of slides to multiple locations in an accurate and timely fashion
- Help maintain QC on various pieces of laboratory equipment
- Responsible for helping maintain stock and keeping the laboratory clean
- May accession some patient specimens
- Assist the HTs/HTLs in the laboratory as needed
- Capable of cross-training in adjacent laboratories within the Anatomical Pathology Department
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Plus Two (2) years of laboratory or medical registration experience
