About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a member of the Family Treatment Program’s interdisciplinary team, providing trauma-informed assessment and treatment services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Collaborate with community agencies and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide supervision to trainees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field PLUS Five (5) years of experience working with children and adolescents affected by sexual abuse or sexual behavior concerns
- Current Arkansas Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
- Experience implementing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and complex family systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate professionally with community agencies and referral partners.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
