About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to departmental leaders.
- Manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and special events, support office operations, prepare executive correspondence and materials.
- Serve as a key liaison among UAMS and Arkansas Children’s leadership, faculty, staff, visitors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information and multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, or related PLUS three (3) years experience working in a high level administrative role for an executive or in an academic medical setting OR High school diploma and seven (7) years of experience in a high level administrative role, including calendar management.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office
