About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act under supervision and requires instruction and guidance
  • Responsible for production support, system implementation, and upgrades for IT Services
  • Maintain creation/modification of security templates and sub-templates within the Epic applications
  • Work with analysts to provision new users, transfer users, and handle the entire SER record process
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field plus 2 years of IT experience, clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two
  • High School diploma/GED plus 4 years of IT experience, clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two required
  • Epic Security Certification – Must currently be certified or obtain within 6 months of UAMS-sponsored training
  • Experience with two or more of the following: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software), SharePoint, Box.
