About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervising and coordinating daily operations of the designated clinic/unit
- Ensuring quality patient care and effective clinic/unit business processes
- Managing research processes
- Planning operational and capital expense budgets
- Reviewing fiscal performance of all cost centers, satellite offices, diagnostic services and other ancillary services
- Taking an active role with value analysis and appropriate services on teams that reduce cost without sacrificing care
- Contributing to overall strategic planning, vision and mission implementation for the Service Line
- Providing broad leadership and ensuring success at all levels of the Service Line
- Demonstrating effective communication and participative leadership characteristics
- Promoting and modeling positive multidisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse within the State of Arkansas
- 5 or more years of work experience in the field of Nursing, with at least 3 year of supervisory experience, and 1 year in clinical research
- Familiarity with clinical research databases, collection/storage/utilization of biological samples
