About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consistently provides effective direct care to a variety of patients
Works as part of the interdisciplinary team, based on licensure, title and competencies
Seeks, as well as provides, feedback for improved clinical practice
Integrates theory and research into clinical practice
Provides leadership to members of the nursing team in order to maintain patient care standards
Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Manager (CSM)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Master's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Arkansas
Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, strong work ethic and accountability
Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of Registered Nurse experience
Current BLS
