About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervising and coordinating daily operations of the Labor & Delivery Unit (E5)
- Patient care and unit business processes
- Serving as a liaison with Director and Administration
- Participating on ad hoc committees to develop plans related to unit issues
- Demonstrating effective analytical abilities to identify unit needs
- Coordinating unit functions and facilitating problem solving
- Planning measurable unit-related goals and objectives
- Developing, interpreting, and implementing policies, guidelines, and performance appraisals annually

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 5 or more years of experience in the field of Nursing, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid Registered Nurse license
