About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducting procedures including electroencephalograms (EEG), nerve conduction studies, (NCS), EMGs and electronystagmograms (ENG), intraoperative monitoring, and clipping and archiving studies.
  • Timely completion of daily patient testing.
  • Accurate documentation and charges of patient testing.
  • Physical maintenance of clinical testing equipment.
  • Performing standard and complex electroneurodiagnostic procedures, including all aspects of EEG, multiple modalities of evoked potentials, nerve conduction velocities, quantitative sensory testing, and epilepsy monitoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree or High School Diploma/GED and two years’ experience in a health care setting for new hires.
  • Registered Technologist or must be willing to become a Registered Technologist through ABRET within 5 years of hire.
  • Experience preferred but will provide OTJ training.
  • BLS.
