About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform most of the duties of a pharmacist under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Gain practical experience of day to day responsibilities
  • Practice skills in dispensing, prescription order processing, verbal communication and problem solving
  • Receive training in the Outpatient Pharmacy, MTM, and Meds to Beds
  • Engage in projects, presentations, and experience in Specialty Pharmacy
  • Work full time during summer breaks and one Saturday per month in M2B department
  • During school year, work 8 hours per week along with one monthly Saturday shift

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy School
  • Must have a current Pharmacy Technician License
