Pharmacy Intern – Outpatient Pharmacy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform most of the duties of a pharmacist under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Gain practical experience of day to day responsibilities
- Practice skills in dispensing, prescription order processing, verbal communication and problem solving
- Receive training in the Outpatient Pharmacy, MTM, and Meds to Beds
- Engage in projects, presentations, and experience in Specialty Pharmacy
- Work full time during summer breaks and one Saturday per month in M2B department
- During school year, work 8 hours per week along with one monthly Saturday shift
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy School
- Must have a current Pharmacy Technician License
