About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produces quality MRI images as ordered by the treating physician
- Communicates with patients, coworkers, and physicians through written and verbal forms of communication
- Completes the required continuing education to stay abreast of new procedures
- Interacts with patients and family members during the entire procedure from prep to completion of the study
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED, plus a graduate of a Radiological Technology program
- New grad or up to one (1) year radiology technologist experience
- Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained before the start date
- MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date
