About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produces optimal x-rays for medical interpretation in the Hospital Diagnostic Radiology Department, entering information into Radiology Information System
- Rotates through three modalities, portables on different floors of the hospital, the emergency department and routine x-rays in the department
- QA images for quality
- Communicates with patients, patient’s family member, co-workers, and physicians
- Continue education and learning new procedures on a day to day basis
- Performs other duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Will be a graduate from a 2 year certificate program certified by the ASRT in Radiology Technology
- Registered or eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
- Licensed or eligible for license by the State of Arkansas in Radiology Technology
- CPR certified
