About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of ASBTDC services through customer intake, client follow-up, and market research activities
- Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners
- Ensure clients are connected with appropriate resources and consulting services
- Gather information, answer questions, assist walk-in customers, and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct secondary market research using online databases, industry resources, AI tools, and public data sources.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A formal high school diploma
- Significant secondary coursework in business, communications, economics, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience conducting market research
- Experience working with customers or providing customer service
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
