About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Associate Director of Administrative Services provides senior-level leadership for the administrative, fiscal, and compliance functions of the Criminal Justice Institute.
- This position is responsible for leading people, managing resources, and ensuring compliance across budget and fiscal matters, grant administration, human resources, information technology programs, and project management.
- The Associate Director serves as a key advisor to the Director and ensures that administrative operations effectively support the Institute’s mission and strategic objectives.
- Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of significant leadership experience, including supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and fiscal management, grant compliance, and administrative operations.
- Proven project management experience across multiple functional areas.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
