Clinical Services Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department within our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine clinic
- Partnering with regional leadership to translate UAMS strategic priorities into everyday clinical practice
- Maintaining regulatory compliance, payer requirements, and organizational standards
- Driving evidence-based practice, supporting professional growth, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced specialty clinic
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in the field of Nursing
- At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas.
- Current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
- Ambulatory clinic experience
- National Nursing Certification
