About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support IT EMR Services with a focus on Beaker and related applications.
  • Act independently under general supervision, demonstrating expertise in system functionality, integration, and maintenance.
  • Ensure system integrity, support process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and business needs.
  • Mentor junior analysts, maintain certifications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor system integration, participate in cross-functional testing, and ensure application security aligns with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Lead or support IT projects, including system upgrades, testing, and implementation, while adhering to project management methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
  • OR Associate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus seven (7) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
  • OR Postgraduate degree in a Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field, plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two.
  • Epic Willow Inpatient certification required.
  • Proficiency in Breaker/Epic Willow Inpatient and related applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of drug formulary, dispensing and ordering methods & products and processes, and procedures used in a Pharmacy required to develop, configure, test, document, and implement a Pharmacy system.
