About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • A PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of medical imaging systems used in hospitals, radiology departments, and diagnostic centers.
  • This role ensures that clinicians and radiologists can reliably capture, store, view, and transmit medical images (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).
