About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expertise not routinely available in the pharmacy staff
Participate in departmental and institutional committees upon request
Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services in assigned areas
Develop policy and procedures when appropriate
Prioritize work appropriately and accept responsibility for the work area
Assist others when work is completed
Work effectively with team/work groups and others to fulfill the UAMS Mission
Adopt practices to improve work processes and enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency OR at least 3 years of previous clinical experience in hematology/oncology
Certification as a licensed Registered Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligibility for licensure
