About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational leadership by coordinating procurement, travel, project workflows, and internal systems to meet grant and program deliverables
  • Act as the operational backbone of HRPP, ensuring staff are equipped with the tools, contracts, materials, and workflows needed to execute education, outreach, clinical readiness, and quality improvement activities
  • Collaborate with program leadership, finance, compliance, evaluation teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with sponsor requirements
  • Utilize strong analytical writing skills to synthesize complex clinical and evaluation data into clear, fundable narratives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business administration, or related field
  • Two (2) years of project or program management experience
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Little Rock, AR, or the Greater Northwest, AR, regions
  • Experience managing procurement and travel processes within a complex organization
  • Strong organizational and systems-building skills
  • Experience working with federally funded programs preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and enterprise systems (e.g., Workday)
