Evaluation Manager – ACWIH

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join us as an Evaluation Manager with the Arkansas Center for Women and Infants’ Health at UAMS.
- Provide comprehensive evaluation support for the UAMS High Risk Pregnancy Program (HRPP) Education and Outreach initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage performance measurement systems aligned with state and federal contract deliverables, including provider training, emergency obstetric readiness initiatives, case conferences, summits, webinars, and clinical guideline dissemination.
- Ensure compliance with performance-based contracting standards, track outcome and process indicators, support continuous quality improvement (CQI), and prepare required quarterly and annual reports for DHS.
- Develop and maintain an evaluation framework aligned with HRPP contract performance indicators and operationalize measurable indicators.
- Analyze training effectiveness, including Provider confidence improvement, Readiness to manage obstetric/neonatal emergencies, and Engagement with obstetrical safety bundles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree PLUS five (5) years of evaluation experience or management, or Master’s process evaluation, manage report submissions, and assist in the dissemination of findings.
- Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, Health Services Research, Biostatistics, Program Evaluation, or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in program evaluation, healthcare quality improvement, or public health data analysis.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Little Rock, AR, or the Greater Northwest, AR, regions, as this position will be located at the UAMS Campus.
- Experience with performance-based contracts and government reporting.
- Proficiency in: Data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, or Stata)
- Excel and dashboard tools
- Survey design platforms
- Experience in analyzing healthcare training outcomes preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, CMS, or HRSA reporting preferred.
