About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct clinical services such as diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients using evidence-based interventions.
Work directly under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director.
Make decisions related to treatment planning.
Understand mental health diagnosis and treatment.
Complete clinical and administrative processes and documentation in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education activities as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work required
Licensed by the Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Ability to pass CPI Certification, if required.
Ability to pass Child Abuse and Neglect Registry check, State Police background check, and drug test.
