Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and oversight for the Family Medicine Residency Program in compliance with the ACGME Program Requirements for Family Medicine.
Ensure continuity of leadership and adequate administrative time for program oversight.
Oversee recruitment, selection, evaluation, promotion, and remediation of residents.
Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements, institutional policies, duty hours, and supervision standards.
Maintain an active clinical practice to model high-quality, compassionate family medicine care.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Board certification in Family Medicine (American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians)
Active, unrestricted medical license.
Minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience.
Demonstrated skills in teaching, administration, and leadership.
