Key responsibilities & impact

Assists management in the development and implementation of strategic policies and procedures
Serves as a clinical expert and a team leader for all clinical staff in the Invasive lab environment
Uses an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
Provides direction and guidance to others regarding practice
Serves as a resource, preceptor, and mentor
Demonstrates leadership skills in decision-making and problem-solving
Provides safe, therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way
Incorporates differences into the provision of care
Integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families
Incorporates data and information to improve care and enhance outcomes
Assists the physician with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Labs, including preparation of sterile field, inventory resources, and medication management, including contrast media

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid License as a Registered Nurse by the State of Arkansas Required
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with Bachelors in Nursing required with at least five (5) years of experience in nursing and at least 3 of those years in a supervisory capacity
-OR- Bachelors of science in Radiology Technology
Five (5) years working as a technologist and at least three (3) of those years in a supervisory capacity
National Certification (any discipline (ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, etc.))
Licensed by the ADH if applicable State of Arkansas Radiography license
