Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field plus three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
- HS Diploma plus seven (7) years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
- Candidates must either reside in or be able to commute to the UAMS Campus in Little Rock, AR (preferred) OR be located in northwest Arkansas with the ability to commute to the Fayetteville, AR campus.
- Understanding grant structure, compliance, and supporting programs aimed at improving women's and infants' health outcomes aligned with ACWIH goals.
- Designing targeted approaches to engage priority populations and planning/executing campaigns, events, and training sessions.
- Managing procurement, travel tracking, documentation, and other tasks to ensure program efficiency.
- Managing multiple responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in communications and outputs.
- Crafting clear, audience-appropriate messages and monitoring program activities, metrics, and travel for performance evaluation.
- Working effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure all work supports grant objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Creating newsletters, presentations, reports, and educational content to support program goals.
- Flexibility for travel/non-standard hours and proposing solutions to address operational challenges.
