About the role
- Manage strategic initiatives related to digital health and telehealth education.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal departments, external stakeholders, regional partners, contributors, and funding agencies.
- Ensure timely communication, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Oversee grant-related coordination activities, including documentation, reporting, and deadline management.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with funding requirements and organizational goals.
- Facilitate and support stakeholder engagement efforts across regional and national partners.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver virtual and in-person training programs aligned with grant objectives.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and communications for leadership and funding agencies.
- Support continuous process improvement to enhance project efficiency and training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, Communications, Education, Business, or related discipline PLUS two (2) years of project management experience
- Strong computer proficiency; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated project management and coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a health-related field, Business, Education, or related discipline PLUS five (5) years of project management experience
- Experience with grant coordination and reporting, particularly HRSA and/or USDA grants
- Experience using project management tools and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with SAP and/or budget management
- Digital health, telehealth, video conferencing, and training facilitation experience
