About the role

  • Support and maintain the organization’s enterprise communications and information systems infrastructure
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
  • Document system interactions and evaluate the impact of changes
  • Conduct cost and traffic analyses to optimize resource utilization

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing IT related hardware
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Licenses, certificates, or registration A+ Certification, MTA, MCSA, MCSE
  • MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; and/or Microsoft Project
