About the role
- Support and maintain the organization’s enterprise communications and information systems infrastructure
- Analyze customer requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions
- Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Document system interactions and evaluate the impact of changes
- Conduct cost and traffic analyses to optimize resource utilization
- Manage multiple applications, networks, and IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate closely with management, cross-functional teams, and customers
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation providing one week of on-call support at a time
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing IT related hardware
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Licenses, certificates, or registration A+ Certification, MTA, MCSA, MCSE
- MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; and/or Microsoft Project
