About the role
- Providing direct clinical services, including diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention using evidence-based interventions for our First Episode Psychosis Program.
- Services are delivered in-office or remotely when a remote work agreement is in place.
- Operate under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director.
- Make treatment planning decisions with a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatments.
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and treatment team members.
- Complete clinical and administrative documentation, and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education to uphold professional licensure, ensure high-quality care, and support coordinated service delivery.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current and valid license by the Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- One (1) year of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Evidence-based treatment background, trauma-informed care model
- Proficiency in diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention using evidence-based practices
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment approaches
- Ability to make informed decisions related to treatment planning
- Effective communication with supervisors, treatment team members, and patients
- Proficiency in using and adapting to relevant technologies
- Ability to complete clinical and administrative documentation accurately and in compliance with policies
- Capacity to engage in coordinated care through staff meetings, supervision, and team interactions
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, training, and licensure maintenance
