About the role
- Collaborate with Service Line Medical Directors, the Nursing Director, and the Service Line Administrator to advance the institution’s mission and vision.
- Drive strategic initiatives to ensure quality, patient-centered, and family-centered care while maintaining compliance with the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
- Oversee nursing and allied health functions, providing leadership across the care continuum, including home, community, and ambulatory settings.
- Ensure operational excellence, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and support a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Lead transformative initiatives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Support service line operations and foster collaboration across the institution.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or have plans to complete in three (3) years, or a Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Ten (10) years of Registered Nursing experience, with five (5) years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire.
