About the role

  • Collaborate with Service Line Medical Directors, the Nursing Director, and the Service Line Administrator to advance the institution’s mission and vision.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to ensure quality, patient-centered, and family-centered care while maintaining compliance with the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
  • Oversee nursing and allied health functions, providing leadership across the care continuum, including home, community, and ambulatory settings.
  • Ensure operational excellence, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and support a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead transformative initiatives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Support service line operations and foster collaboration across the institution.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or have plans to complete in three (3) years, or a Master's in Nursing
  • Valid RN License
  • Ten (10) years of Registered Nursing experience, with five (5) years of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire.
