About the role
- Provide comprehensive clinical services to patients, including diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention
- Deliver care in-office or remotely, depending on eligibility
- Ensure high-quality care by making informed treatment decisions
- Utilize adaptable technological skills for documentation and communication
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education to support professional development and quality care
- Complete clinical and administrative documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current and valid license by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- One (1) year of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience (Preferred)
- Maternal Women's Mental Health Experience (Preferred)
- Expertise in clinical therapy and evidence-based interventions
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
- Adaptable technological skills for documentation and communication
- Commitment to professional development and licensure/certification maintenance
